The "Microsoft Internet Explorer" text on my IE browser's title bar was changed. How

On your IE browser's window, you see the title of the page on top, right? After the title, there's the "- Microsoft Internet Explorer".

It's been changed to "TAGA LIPA ARE!" How do I put it back?
