Why does FF work, but not IE?

When I open IE it says:

"The webpage is unavailable because you are offline

What you can try:

Connect to the Internet.

Make sure you are not working offline. Click Tools and make sure that Work Offline is not checked. "

I've tried both of those things.

Click Tools, Internet Options and then the Advanced tab.

Click on the Reset button and click OK. If it doesn鈥檛 work,

uninstall IE and then get a fresh copy. Good Luck.
