Hard to tell what to do without knowing more or seeing code. I doubt it is a php/mysql issue as those are server side. Might be an HTML/ DHTML problem

Bill Gates has a personal vendetta against you?
This has been happening lately, where some ISPs won't work with IE. The guys who know say that it is caused by a virus. The virus needs to be removed first, but sometimes it will require your hard drive to be restored to its original state, which means that unless you download your contents to an external hard drive, you could lose all information stored in your computer.
Without a link who would know..
Cross-browser incompatibility, first of all, cannot be caused by PHP or MySQL. This can only be caused by client side scripting. What this means is that these problems were caused by either HTML (less likely), CSS (most likely), or javascript. All browsers interpret these slightly differently. To solve your problem, though, we'll need more information. We need to know what specific technologies you used (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and what specifically doesn't work on your site.
